These Terms and Conditions apply to appointments arranged via email, contact form, WhatsApp, telephone, or in person. • The venue must remain completely smoke-free for the duration of the event. We reserve the right to terminate the service if the smoking conditions are unacceptable. The agreed-upon amounts (setup + travel expenses + hours already rendered) are payable in full immediately. • For each additional hour of music outside of the agreed-upon hours, an hourly rate will be charged at the same rate as the agreed-upon hourly rate, calculated in 15-minute increments, payable in cash immediately upon completion of the service. • Cancellation of the service by the client less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time, regardless of the reason, will result in a cancellation fee of at least half of the agreed-upon amount, but no less than €250.00, payable immediately upon cancellation. • If required and requested, two RCA cables or two XLR cables will be provided at the venue for connection purposes, as well as a space of at least 70 x 110 cm with a counter approximately 100 cm high. If any of these technical requirements are not met on site, the aforementioned cancellation fee will apply. • Any damage to the service provider’s equipment or other facilities, as well as any other personal injury or property damage of any kind, must be reimbursed in full. • The client declares that they have and will comply with all legal requirements necessary for the event, such as noise regulations, payment of GEMA fees, etc. The service provider is not liable for disturbances of private or public order or for any other omissions or violations on the part of the client. • The client agrees that audio, video, and image material may be recorded by DJ FDUP! before, during, and after the event, and that this material may be used and distributed for their own purposes (primarily promotional purposes). This material may include everything related to the event itself, as well as other related external elements.
